August Heat by Dennis Teakle

Dennis Teakle is a visual artist working primarily in oils and watercolour. He graduated from The Ontario College of Art & Design in 1966 with a degree in Fine Arts; he also studied two years of anatomy at Toronto University. His career as an artist saw him put his love of drawing and Paintingto work in teaching and book illustration; Dennis illustrated several children’s textbooks and articles for Toronto Life Magazine. Dennis exhibits in Nova Scotia, and his work is in many private and public collections around the world.
